Using the Talents Bestowed on You
In Matthew 25:15–19, Jesus shares the Parable of the Talents:
“To one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, each according to his ability. Then he went away…”
This powerful passage isn’t just about money—it’s about stewardship, courage, and faithfulness. God has entrusted unique gifts to each of us—skills, opportunities, relationships, even time itself.
Too often, fear or doubt tempts us to “bury” these gifts. But God calls us to invest boldly, to use what we’ve been given to bless others and glorify Him. Even small steps—sharing a kind word, starting a passion project, or pursuing a God-given dream—can multiply in ways we can’t imagine.
When we use our talents faithfully, we not only grow but also help expand God’s Kingdom. The Master’s return in the parable reminds us: it’s not about perfection—it’s about faithful action with what’s in our hands today.
